Molly, my sister, my best friend, my everyday, my all-the-time, my mini. It was so good to spend the week with you. What I would give spend that time with you all of the time. You are so beautiful from hair and skin to heart and mind. Always loving you, your sissy.

Hyalite Reservoir
I lived in Bozeman for 2 years before moving to Missoula. It's like my Montana hometown. I wanted to show my friend Katie around Bozeman. She grew up in Wisconsin and has lived in Missoula for the past 2 years. I decided she needed to take a trip east with me to visit some good friends and see some epic mountain scenery. This is Hyalite Reservoir, one of the first places I ever went in Bozeman and today it was beautiful.

Fisherman's Wharf 2011
I have been rummaging through old photos in order to put together a portfolio. I found this one from last Thanksgiving. My friend Katie Olson and I went San Fran for the break and spent most of our time just wandering around the city. This is one of my favorites at Fisherman's Wharf.

Summer Flash Back
Spent a little time going through some photos from this summer. This day in Bozeman was pretty cool. Austin and I experienced some pretty crazy nature.

Tay Time
My friend Taylor and I went to Bozeman this weekend to see some friends. It was a good weekend. Taylor got his first duck on the Yellowstone with the boys as I relaxed with some girlfriends. We had the most amazing drive back to Missoula with good conversation and stunning scenery.

Passing Storms
When I drive from Montana to Vermont and back every summer I usually come across at least one awesome storm. This one was on my last day in North Dakota.

Flight
While I was in Alaska my friend Tim took me flying. We flew over a couple moose, buzzed in a couple circles over Knik glacier and then landed in the middle of nowhere. Thanks to Timmy and his new bush tires for a great afternoon.

Little Monster
My monster, momo, little sissy, my mini graduated high school on Friday. It was one that was certainly memorable with lightning strikes, thunder booms, and our whole family being together. Molly, you have grown into such a beautiful young woman and I can't believe how we grow more and more alike everyday. You are my light, my love, and my life. I love you from the deepest depths of my soul. Congrats to Billy, Emma, Katie, and to the rest of the class of 2012.

Spring Fashion
Everyone has a personal style, a way to dress that makes them feel most comfortable in their own skin. My friend Sonja shows it every time she gets dressed. I wanted to capture her warmth and calmness through her wardrobe and self. I think we did a pretty good job. Thank you Sonja for all your help.

Fine Art
When I hear the words "fine art" I automatically think of a woman's body. A woman's body shows strength through courage to expose, sexiness through curvature, and beauty through softness. Thank you to my friend Katie for having the guts to strip down in front of the camera. You are as beautiful on the inside as you are on the out.

A couple months ago my dad, Dave, invited me to attend the Orvis Guide Rendezvous with him and it just so happened to be in Missoula this year. I said "yes, of course." It's always special when my dad gets to come out on business but hang out with too. We got to spend a day fishing with my buddy Andy. It was a really slow, slow, slow day but dad fished really hard and caught some fish. Later came cocktail parties, dinners, stories, laughter, young and old all in the same room because of one thing. Fishing. I was able to catch up with some friends whom I hadn't seen in years, meet new friends, and get to hang out with my dad all weekend. Thanks to everyone that came, without you there would be no reason for this weekend. Thank you to my dad who, since I was little continues to teach me to fish every time I see or talk to him.
